Return Period:

You may return your items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

 

Return Condition:

To be eligible for a return, the items must be in their original condition. This means they should be unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear and tear. The tags and labels must still be attached. Please handle the items with care to maintain their pristine condition.

 

Try-On Requirement:

We strongly recommend that you try on your lingerie over your own underwear. This helps preserve the hygienic condition of the product, allowing us to accept returns.

 

Exclusions:

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered in any way. Items that do not meet our return conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact kloverlingerie@gmail.com. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

 

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

 

Exchange:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please reach out to kloverlingerie@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on product availability.
